Usage policy

1. Legal compliance

You may not use BrainAIstorm for anything unlawful.

• Do not use the Service for any illegal purpose, or to plan, prepare, or carry out an unlawful act.
• Do not use the Service in a way that violates the laws or regulations that apply to you.

2. Safety and harm to others

BrainAIstorm is for thinking through your own decisions. It is not a tool for planning harm, and it declines to analyze text whose purpose is to harm a person, an animal, or society.

• Do not use the Service to plan, weigh, or decide whether to harm a person, an animal, or the public, for example through violence, cruelty, abuse, fraud, or an attack.
• Do not use the Service to harass, abuse, threaten, stalk, or otherwise harm another person.
• Do not use the Service to facilitate self-harm, whether your own or someone else's.
• Do not use the Service to plan or support any activity that puts a person's safety at risk.

If your text describes such a plan, the Service does not analyze it and shows you this policy instead. You can change the text and try again.

3. Professional advice and decisions about other people

BrainAIstorm helps you reason through a decision. It does not replace professional judgment, and it should not be the basis for decisions that affect other people's lives.

• Do not treat the analysis as medical, legal, financial, psychological, or therapeutic advice, or as a substitute for a qualified professional in any of these areas.
• Do not rely on the output to make, or to automate, high-stakes decisions about other people, including hiring, lending, housing, or safety decisions.
• If a decision affects someone else's rights or wellbeing, involve a qualified professional and the people affected, not just this tool.

4. Attempts to misuse or interfere with the Service

The Service is built for one direct purpose: analyzing the decision you describe. Do not try to make it do something else.

• Do not attempt to jailbreak, prompt-inject, or otherwise bypass the Service's intended behavior or safety measures.
• Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying models, prompts, or systems.
• Do not attempt to overload the Service, or gain unauthorized access to it, another user's account, or our systems.

5. Other people's personal information

A decision often touches other people's lives. Be thoughtful about what you share about them.

• Do not submit another person's personal or sensitive data unless you have a lawful basis to do so.
• Do not use the Service to build a profile of another person without their knowledge or consent.

6. Commercial use and resale

BrainAIstorm is for your own decisions, not for building a business on top of our output.

• Do not resell, redistribute, or present the Service's output as your own independent commercial service or work product.

7. Intellectual property and other rights

Only submit content you have the right to share.

• Do not submit content that infringes another person's or organization's intellectual property, or that otherwise violates their rights.

8. Age requirement

BrainAIstorm is for adults only.

• You must be 18 or older to use the Service. Do not use it, or help someone under 18 use it.

9. Reporting and enforcement

If you see something on BrainAIstorm that appears to violate this policy, or you believe someone is misusing the Service, tell us at support@brainaistorm.com. We review reports and may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates this policy.

This usage policy works alongside our Terms of service and Privacy policy. Together, they govern your use of BrainAIstorm.
